In the News: SANBI held a media launch for the Kirstenbosch-South Africa RHS Chelsea Flower Show exhibit. The design team’s new head designer, Leon Kluge, introduced his interpretation of the 2018 theme “Iconic Landscapes” and presented a model of the exhibit to be constructed at The Royal Horticulture Society’s Chelsea Flower Show which takes place in London from 22 – 26 May 2018.

In the News: Cape Point now has its own dedicated “Red Bus”. The Cape Point Explorer is a full day’s excursion with an English-speaking guide aboard a luxury air-conditioned coach, featuring a drive through picturesque Muizenberg, Fish Hoek and a visit to Boulders Beach with its famous colony of African penguins. The tour then continues to Cape Point, with an optional hike to the Cape of Good Hope headland.
